Harrison's Towing was started by Thomas Clinton George Harrison in 1963. He was known to the community of Brunswick as "Bud" Harrison and notoriously known for the way he wore his hats. "Bud" was working for Linton's Chevrolet, where he found his passion for towing. Along with serving the community as a tow truck driver, he dedicated 20+ years of service to the Brunswick Volunteer Fire Department. "Bud" went on to become the Captain of Company 5 , where he earned his lifetime membership for his service, While driving a tow truck and serving the neighborhood, he also drove a school bus owned by Linton's from the early 1960's-1982. Bud purchased Linton's rollback in 1963 with the plans of becoming his own boss. After 32 years of service, Bud sadly passed away in 1995 where he left a community and family that dearly misses him.
Robin Warner Pratt, also known as "Rob" started the transition as owner in 1995. Before falling into towing Rob owned a roofing company, where he had 21 persons underneath him. Rob was also a dedicated firefighter, as was most of his help. Safe to say, our company was built on firefighters. Rob also served for the Brunswick Volunteer Fire Department and notably made the top responders list consistently. Rob went on to gain his lifetime membership after 20+ years of service.
In late 2021 after 27 years of service and many on a roof, Rob decided to retire and enjoy watching his family continue their creation.
As of 2021, his son and daughter are continuing the company legacy.
